As you know, we are the last line of defense for the provision of quality care to the residents and also the staff at the facility. Call out are for Emergencies Only, and we understand that emergencies happen. However, it is important that all staff show up for their assigned staff. Being able to choose your schedule is one of the benefits of working with Agency. Therefore when you book a shift, it is your responsibility to show up, be professional and be on time. Booking a shift is a confirmation that you will be able to work the assigned shifts.
- Everyone is to clock in and out of the Homebase App. Failure to clock in and out will delay payroll for 1-2 days. Frequent offenders will not be assigned any shift or be suspended. If you are having issues clocking-in, take a screenshot of your App and send it to JOY or FRED
- Falsification of time is grounds for immediate termination.
- Show up on time. Failure to be on time for 2 shifts will lead to the cancelation of all shifts. If you are running late for any reason, please call to alert anyone FRED or JOY about tardiness.
- All callouts must be an emergency, and documentation must be provided. If documentation is not provided and the shift is not covered, you will be suspended.
